This blog started out as a wedding log/updater, but as the wedding has come and gone.. Life has progressed.. We've since been living together in Los Angeles, had a little boy who is now (June 24, 2009) just over 9 months old, I figured it was time to update the blog to something more useful.
Here are the photos that Natalie sent of her dress, and the photo of the 2 dresses. I wish we had better lighting in the store, but you know how department stores are, heat lamps and not hugely flattering either! Anyway, here they are:
<- Natalie's Dress <- Both of them together..
The dresses on the hangers don't look HALF as good as when you have them on! Hope to hear from you.
Whoops - let me try this again: Sorry for the blurry photos...in addition to bad lighting, using a camera phone with an unsteady hand doesn't do these gorgeous dresses justice. Still, you can get a good idea of how well they contrast. Also, both dress styles feature ruching, or decorative gathers, at the waist, and the bodice of the print dress is made of a similar fabric as the black one. All in all a classy and sophisticated look! Thanks to Dawn for considering all of our concerns, and for choosing such beautiful outfits for us!
